Seahawks Rack Up CAA Academic Honors

WILMINGTON, North Carolina – A total of 253 student-athletes from UNCW have been recognized as members of the Colonial Athletic Association Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll for the 2021 fall semester.
 
The group was among 2,822 student-athletes honored early Friday for their work in the classroom during the last term.

Student-athletes on the Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll must have participated in a CAA-sponsored sport, attained a minimum grade point average of 3.0 during the designated academic term and been enrolled as a full-time student.

"As always, were extremely proud of the work our student-athletes are doing in the classroom," said Jimmy Bass, UNCW's athletic director. "It's a tribute to the student-athletes, their coaches, our academic support staff and other individuals who support these student-athletes every day."
