Audrey Harding, UNCW has placed three women's soccer student-athletes on the United Soccer Coaches All-East Region teams.
Harding earned First-Team All-Region distinction and freshman defender
Sophie Trepohl claimed a spot on the Second Team. Senior defender
Talia Parrous received Third-Team All-Region recognition.
Harding, a native of Akron, Ohio, tallied six of her team-high eight goals against Colonial Athletic Association opponents, including a two-goal effort in UNCW's 2-1 victory over Elon in the league opener opener on Sept. 26. The First-Team All-CAA performer capped the regular season with four goals in her final six games, including a one-goal, two-assist performance at James Madison on Oct. 17.
One of three players in school history with 20 goals and 20 assists in her career, Harding stands seventh in program history with 66 points behind 23 goals and a record-tying 20 assists.
A three-time All-CAA selection, Harding notched a spot on the league's top team for the second straight year after netting eight goals with seven assists. The three-time CAA Offensive Player of the Week honoree finished the season as the league's fifth-leading scorer with 23 points.
Trepohl, the first UNCW women's soccer student-athlete to earn CAA Defensive Player of the Year distinction, scored two goals with one assist while starting the final 13 games. The Frankfurt, Germany, product was a two-time CAA Rookie of the Week winner, earning the award on Oct. 4 and Oct. 11.
Trepohl claimed her first weekly honor after powering the Seahawks to a 2-0 win over Northeastern, scoring the first goal of her college career in the second half. She repeated as CAA Rookie of the Week after tallying the game-winning goal in overtime at William & Mary on Oct. 7.
Parrous, a native of Fayetteville, N.C., earned All-CAA honors for the second straight year after starting all 16 games for the Seahawks. The team leader with 1,480 minutes played, she scored the eventual game-winning goal in UNCW's 3-1 triumph over Delaware on Oct. 24. The four-year letter winner has started 54-of-57 games in her career, scoring five goals with two assists.

- UNCW earned multiple All-Region selections for the third time in program history … The Seahawks had four players named to the NSCAA All-Mid-Atlantic Region Teams in 2015 before Dominique Martinez and Baley Edwards received the commendation in 2019.
- The Seahawks have had 11 players collect All-Region notice in the last seven seasons with at least one selection in five of those campaigns.
- Harding joins Stephanie Rose (2012) and Maddie McCormick (2015) as the only players in program history to receive First-Team All-Region honors.
- The CAA had 12 players receive All-East Region honors this year … Hofstra led the group with four picks, including a pair of First-Team honorees, while UNCW and Northeastern collected three selections apiece … James Madison and Towson also had a player recognized on the All-Region squads.
