WILMINGTON, N.C. – Sophomore Doug Angeli's single through the right side with one out scored Noah Bridges with the winning run in the bottom of the ninth to push UNCW past visiting Coastal Carolina, 5-4, at Brooks Field.

UNCW upped its record to 15-10 on the season with its fourth straight win. Coastal Carolina, meanwhile, fell to 18-6-1 and 4-3 on the road. It was UNCW's third win of the season in it's final at bat.

Reliever Henry Ryan (3-2) was credited with the win.

CCU's Cameron Pearcy held game-high honors with three hits while Kieton Rivers added two of his own and drove in the game-tying run in the top of the ninth with two out.

Alaska Abney (1-2) took the loss for the Chanticleers.
