Stacy Kosciak was announced as Deputy AD – Chief Operating Officer on Apr. 4, 2025, by Director of Athletics Michael Oblinger.
Kosciak comes to the department following four-plus years with the Falcons, where she served most recently as the Deputy Athletics Director with administrative oversight of football in addition to marketing and brand enhancement and strategic communications.
Prior to Bowling Green, Kosciak spent over 20 years in various roles at UNCG. After four seasons as head coach of the volleyball program, she made the transition to administration.
In 2005, she served as a Special Assistant to the Director of Athletics and was promoted through the ranks of assistant athletics director and associate athletics director. She moved into the role of Deputy Athletics Director in 2017.
Kosciak earned her bachelor's degree in exercise and sports science from UNC Greensboro in 1996 and her master's degree in sports studies from High Point in 2009.
