Brodie Vieweg serves as the Athletics Mental Performance Consultant, supporting student-athletes, coaches, and support staff in developing the mental skills and competitive mindsets necessary for both personal growth and athletic success. He works collaboratively with individuals and teams to enhance confidence, attentional focus, resilience, purpose, and satisfaction in performance settings.

Brodie earned his B.A. in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology from Cornell College, where he competed as a Division III lacrosse student-athlete. He went on to earn his M.A. in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant® (CMPC) through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology.

His passion for the mental aspects of performance began when his high school lacrosse coach introduced him to yoga, mindfulness, and breathwork—experiences that continue to inform his work today. Brodie’s approach emphasizes self-awareness, embracing adversity, developing individualized regulation strategies, and fostering supportive performance cultures.

His professional experience includes mental performance consulting with the U.S. Army at Fort Bragg, the Mankato MoonDogs of the Northwoods League, and collegiate athletic programs, as well as coaching lacrosse at the high school and collegiate levels.
