Allan joined the UNCW Athletics Department in the summer of 2022 following a two-year stint as General Manager of the Wilmington Sharks, a member of the Coastal Plain League.

Prior to his time with the Sharks, Lusk worked in minor league baseball with several teams including Kinston, Bowling Green, Corpus Christi and Biloxi.

Lusk is a member of several groups in town including the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce, Port City Young Professionals and the Wilmington Area Hospitality Association.

He graduated from East Carolina and earned his master’s degree at NC State.
