Biography

Caito Heiland enters first season with the Seahawks on the coaching staff following three seasons on the field. He will serve as a student assistant coach in 2009. In his final season with the Seahawks, Heiland played in 16 games, including 10 starts. He notched the game-winning goal against VCU and added assists against Coastal Carolina and William & Mary.
