Blue Valley North: Drafted by the New York Mets in the 33rd round of the 2018 MLB Draft … Served a two-time captain of the Mustangs while played on the varsity for three seasons … Earned All-Eastern Kansas League honors and was named Kansas 6A All-State honorable mention … Also earned Perfect Game underclass All-America honorable mention honors as well as PG Central Region honorable mention accolades … Posted 2.16 ERA and struck out 34 in 35.2 innings his senior season … Crafted a 2.67 ERA over his three seasons with the Mustangs … Tossed a shutout his junior season at Kauffman Stadium … Also played basketball.
