UNC Wilmington Athletics

     Stephanie Leimbach is in her second season as an assistant athletic trainer at UNC Wilmington. She works primarily with the softball and volleyball programs and is an approved clinical instructor for the Athletic Training Education Program.
     Leimbach earned a M.A. in Sport and Fitness from the University of Central Florida while working with the Knights' volleyball program. Leimbach earned her B.S. in Athletic Training from Northern Kentucky in 2007 where she also played four years of collegiate softball for the Norse.
     Leimbach is a member of the National Athletic Trainer's Association and the Southeastern Athletic Trainer's Association. A native of Columbus, Ohio, Leimbach enjoys working out, the beach, playing recreational sports and reading.
