UNC Wilmington Athletics

A native of Binghamton, N.Y., Shannon Pease joined the Academic Support staff in the summer of 2013 as Academic Coordinator.  She provides advisement on course and major selection as well as degree progression to student-athletes with Women's Basketball, Men's Golf, Volleyball, Men's Tennis and Women's Tennis.

Before moving to Wilmington, Pease worked as a football academic intern at the University of Minnesota. She served as a mentor tutor to several football student-athletes and supervised study hall and monitored daily objectives for student-athletes.

While earning her M.Ed in Adult and Higher Education from the University of Oklahoma, Pease served as a Graduate Assistant with Oklahoma’s Life Skills program. She coordinated community service activities for OU student-athletes and managed the life skills challenge.

Pease earned her B.S. in Business Administration from Seton Hall and was a member of the SHU softball team.
