gameday@uncw.edu. Our staff can assist in making arrangements for your visit and answer any questions. If you have any questions on game day, please contact the nearest event staff member.
- Parkin g- ADA parking is located next to the Almkuist-Nixon Sports Medicine Complex, adjacent to the UNCW Tennis Complex.
- Seating - The front rows of each section of bleachers will be reserved for ADA guests. All seating is first come first serve.
- Restrooms - Restrooms are located in the West Entry building across the street from the Tennis Courts and are ADA accessible.
- Sidewalks - There are accessible sidewalks from parking in Lot-K to the seating areas.
ADDRESS: The UNCW Tennis Complex is located at 751 Hamilton Drive, Wilmington, NC 28403.
ADMISSIONS: All UNCW Tennis matches are free to attend.
ALCOHOL/TOBACCO: Alcohol, illegal drugs and tobacco products are strictly prohibited at all UNCW Athletics events. Individuals violating this policy are subject to ejection from the stadium.
ANIMALS: Service animals are welcome. All animals must remain on a leash and be accompanied by their caretaker at all times.
BABY CHANGING STATIONS: Baby changing stations are located in the family restroom of the West Entry Building. Please contact the nearest event staff member for access.
BIKE PARKING: Located between UNCW Tennis courts and Almkuist-Nixon Sports Medicine building. Please note that UNCW athletics is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen bicycles.
BANNERS/SIGNS: Banners and signs are permitted within the UNCW Tennis Complex. Signs and banners must not contain any vulgar or inappropriate language or images. Signs deemed inappropriate by event personnel are subject to confiscation.
CAMERA POLICY: Handheld still cameras are permitted for personal use only. No cameras are permitted into the stadium with a lens longer than five (5) inches. Videos cameras are permitted to be used during pre-match and post-match only. Video cameras are prohibited from filming the match.
CONCESSIONS: There are no concessions sold at UNCW tennis matches but guests are allowed to bring their own outside food and drink. We ask that all guests dispose of any waste in the provided trash and recycling bins.
CONDUCT: UNCW Athletics expects all fans to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner at all times before, during, and after the competition. We expect all fans to treat other fans, players, coaches, and officials with courtesy and respect. Please join us in creating a fun, safe, family atmosphere at the UNCW Tennis Courts by not:
- Interfering with other guests’ ability to enjoy the game;
- Using/displaying foul or abusive language or gestures;
- Harassing athletes, coaches, officials, or spectators based on gender identity, gender expression, race, ethnicity, national origin, physical ability, sexual orientation, or religion
- Appearing to be impaired or in a diminished capacity;
- Failing to produce a ticket upon request or sitting in a seat that does not match your ticket;
- Entering the competition or restricted access areas;
- Smoking;
- Throwing objects onto the competition area or within the venue; or
- Otherwise, being disorderly.
Violators are subject to ejection and possible arrest. Guests should contact a stadium official if they feel someone is not acting appropriately.
COVID-19: UNCW Athletics has put in place safety and cleaning procedures for the 2021 Tennis season. UNCW Athletics is committed to keeping its facilities, student-athletes, coaches, working staff, and guests safe during their time at the Tennis Complex. UNCW Athletics always requires all guests and working staff to wear a face covering while at the Tennis Complex. We always ask that all guests and working staff self-assess themselves prior to coming to campus and maintain social distancing while at the Tennis Complex.
Plenty of hand sanitizer stations have been strategically placed throughout the facility. As well as the bleachers are disinfected after each home match. - If Traveling To Wilmington via I-40: I-40 becomes US 132/S. College Road once the interstate ends. Continue traveling south on College Road approximately 3 miles. Turn left onto Randall Drive at the traffic light. You are now on the UNCW campus. Take your first right onto Wagoner Drive. , go straight around one roundabout and Trask Coliseum will be on your left. Make a left into the parking lot (Lot-K) after Trask Coliseum to park. The Tennis Complex is straight ahead.
- If Traveling To Wilmington via US 74/76: After crossing the Cape Fear Memorial Bridge, US 74/76 is also called Dawson Street. Continue on Dawson Street approximately 1.5 miles. Dawson Street (US 76E) will bear right and become Oleander Drive. Continue on Oleander Drive approximately 2.5 miles until it intersects with US 132N/College Road. Turn left onto College Road. Travel approximately 1 mile north, and then turn right onto Hurst Drive at the traffic light. You are now on the UNCW campus. Turn left onto Wagoner Drive then right into the parking lot (Lot-K) to park. The Tennis Complex is straight ahead.
- If Traveling from North Of Wilmington via US 17: US 17 becomes Market Street in Wilmington. Continue traveling south on Market Street. Go under the overpass at the junction of US 117S/132S, and immediately turn left at the traffic light onto South College Road. Continue traveling on College Road approximately 1 mile. Turn left onto Randall Drive at the traffic light. You are now on the UNCW campus. Take your first right onto Wagoner Drive. , go straight around one roundabout and Trask Coliseum will be on your left. Make a left into the parking lot (Lot-K) after Trask Coliseum to park. The Tennis Complex is straight ahead.
- If Traveling from Wilmington International Airport: As you exit the airport, turn left onto 23rd Street. Turn left onto Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway. Continue to the US 132/College Road intersection, and turn right onto College Road. Travel approximately 2 miles. Turn left onto Randall Drive at the traffic light. You are now on the UNCW campus. Take your first right onto Wagoner Drive, go straight around one roundabout and Trask Coliseum will be on your left. Make a left into the parking lot (Lot-K) after Trask Coliseum to park. The Tennis Complex is straight ahead.
EMERGENCIES:
- During any emergency, follow the directions of the PA announcer, Event Staff and emergency responders.
- Always designate a pre-determined location to meet friends and family in case you are separated or in the event of an emergency.
- See Something, Say Something – If you see or become aware of any activity that is unusual, suspicious or cause you concern, report the activity to the nearest event staff member.
- Emergency vehicles may be present in and around UNCW Soccer Stadium. Please do not obstruct the path of travel of a fire truck or emergency vehicle or interfere with their operations.Vehicles or objects (tents, tables, tailgate games, etc.) blocking emergency vehicles, designated fire lanes, stadium exits or exit paths, or vehicle/pedestrian traffic in general will be removed and dealt with in a manner deemed appropriate by stadium officials.Vehicles are subject to be towed at the owner’s expense.
- Monitor weather prior to the game. Take the necessary precautions to protect you, your family and friends in the event of severe heat or severe weather before, during or after the match. In the event of inclement weather during the match, please be prepared to evacuate the stadium and return to your car.

FACE COVERINGS/MASKS: All fans and staff are required to wear af ace covering that covers the nose and mouth completely while at the UNCW Tennis Complex. Face coverings will be required to be we worn while all fans and staff while around the Tennis Complex. Face coverings are not a substitute or social distancing and fans are asked to keep a safe distance between their party and other fans while at the Tennis Complex.

INCLEMENT WEATHER:
- UNCW Event Management utilizes DTN WeatherSentry software and notification services. UNCW Event Management will monitor the weather 24 hours a day and use the following policy in the event of severe weather: Evacuation will occur if the storm path will come within an eight (8) mile radius of UNCW Tennis Complex. In the event that the stadium needs to be evacuated, the PA Announcer will notify all spectators. All spectators will be asked to clear the stadium at this time as quickly as possible.
- The safest location for spectators to go is in a hard-topped vehicle with the windows up. In the absence of a vehicle, UNCW Event Management Staff will direct spectators to a safe location. The Tennis Complex will remain closed until the storm is clear of an eight (8) mile radius of the UNCW Tennis Complex. Resumption of play will only occur once an all clear has been given and conditions are deemed safe after consultation between the game officials and UNCW Event Management.
LOST AND FOUND: If any item is lost or found in the stadium, please inquire about or report the item to the nearest event staff member. All lost and found items not picked up prior to the end of the match will be will be available for pickup the following day. Please call (910)-962-3465 or email
gameday@uncw.edu to inquire about lost items. Unclaimed items will be retained for thirty (30) days following the event. After that time, any unclaimed items will be discarded.
LOST CHILD: In the event of a lost child or guest, please report the situation to the nearest event staff member as soon as possible. If a child or guest has been deemed lost by a guardian or fellow guest they should report the situation to an event staff member as soon as possible.
MARKETING ITEMS: UNCW marketing items such as schedules, roster cards, magnets and other items may be found next to the PA announcer

- Anything deemed hazardous or unsafe by event personnel
RECYCLING: Recycling bins are located next to fan seating areas for your convenience.
RESTROOMS: Restrooms are located in the West Entry building across the street from the UNCW Tennis Courts.

SEATING: Seating is located in the first set of bleachers in front of Bay 1 and the set of bleachers in front of Bay 2. However, to ensure the safety of all student athletes, coaches, and officials, there is a team area where only working staff and team members are allowed in. No guests are allowed within this area. All seating is first come first serve. Guests are not allowed to stand at the fence in front of the seating area. Guests are allowed to bring their own lawn chair.
SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted at any UNCW Athletics events. Smoking is prohibited within 25 feet outside of any UNCW campus building or facility.

TAILGATING: Tailgating is permitted for UNCW Athletics events. Fans are asked to only occupy one parking spot as parking is limited at UNCW. Fans are recommended to park in Lot-K. A parking spot may not be occupied or reserved with any tailgating items (tents, grills, chairs etc.).
UMBRELLAS: Umbrellas may be used but at the discretion of UNCW Facility & Event Management staff.
WATER FOUNTAINS: A water fountain is located at the main entrance of the UNCW Soccer Stadium.
