ADA ACCOMMODATIONS: UNCW Athletics is committed to serving the needs of all guests.
- Parking - Located in Lot K next to Trask Coliseum. Additional ADA parking is located in the Hanover Courtyard as well as, next to the Almkuist-Nixon Sports Medicine building, adjacent to the UNCW Tennis courts. Fans must show a handicap permit hangtag, license plate or some kind of documentation to park in the ADA spots.
- Seating - All seating is located on the pool balcony that can be accessed by both the Natatorium stairs and elevator. The front rows of each section of bleachers will be reserved for ADA patrons. All seating is first come first serve.
- Restrooms - Are available Hanover Hall adjacent to the Seahawk Natatorium and in both Women’s and Men’s General locker rooms
- Sidewalks - There are accessible sidewalks to the Seahawk Natatorium from all parking areas

ANIMALS: All animals are prohibited inside the Seahawk Natatorium. Service animals are welcome. All service animals must remain on a leash and be accompanied by their caretaker at all times. An Emotional Support Animal is not a Service Animal under this Policy or the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and will not be allowed into any UNCW Athletic Facility
BABY CHANGING STATIONS: Baby changing stations are located in the restrooms of Trask Coliseum.
BIKE PARKING: Located next to Hanover Hall Lobby, as well as between the UNCW Tennis Complex and Almkuist-Nixon Sports Medicine building. Please note that UNCW Athletics is not responsible for any lost or stolen bikes.
BANNERS/SIGNS: Banners and signs are permitted within the Seahawk Natatorium if they are not on a pole or stick, or obstruct the view of other guests. Signs and banners must not contain any vulgar or inappropriate language or images. Signs deemed inappropriate by event staff are subject to confiscation.
CAMERA POLICY
- No flash photography is permitted.
- No Video cameras or Camcorders are permitted.
- No still/professional cameras with lenses over five inches and/or 50mm.
- Cameras/camcorders that do not follow UNCW policies may be approved by Athletic Communications for use
CONDUCT: UNCW Athletics expects all fans to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner at all times before, during, and after the competition. We expect all fans to treat other fans, players, coaches, and officials with courtesy and respect. Please join us in creating a fun, safe, family atmosphere at the David B. Allen Natatorium by not:
- Interfering with other guests’ ability to enjoy the game;
- Using/displaying foul or abusive language or gestures;
- Harassing athletes, coaches, officials, or spectators based on gender identity, gender expression, race, ethnicity, national origin, physical ability, sexual orientation, or religion
- Appearing to be impaired or in a diminished capacity;
- Failing to produce a ticket upon request or sitting in a seat that does not match your ticket;
- Entering the competition or restricted access areas;
- Smoking;
- Throwing objects onto the competition area or within the venue; or
- Otherwise, being disorderly.
Violators are subject to ejection and possible arrest. Guests should contact a stadium official if they feel someone is not acting appropriately.
CONCESSIONS: There are no Concessions sold at the Seahawk Natatorium. Vending machines are located outside the main entrance to the Seahawk Natatorium.

- If Traveling To Wilmington Via I-40: I-40 becomes US 132/S. College Road once the interstate ends. Continuetraveling south on College Road approximately 3 miles. Turn left onto Randall Drive at the traffic light. You are now on the UNCW campus. Take your first right onto Wagoner Drive, go straight around one roundabout and Trask Coliseum will be on your left. Make a left into the parking lot (Lot-K) after Trask Coliseum to park. Enter the Natatorium by using the South Natatorium door, turn right after the next set of double doors, and the Natatorium will be at the end of the hallway on the right.
- If Traveling To Wilmington Via US 74/76: After crossing the Cape Fear Memorial Bridge, US 74/76 is also called Dawson Street. Continue on Dawson Street approximately 1.5 miles. Dawson Street (US 76E) will bear right and become Oleander Drive. Continue on Oleander Drive approximately 2.5 miles until it intersects with US 132N/College Road. Turn left onto College Road. Travel approximately 1 mile north, and then turn right onto Hurst Drive at the traffic light. You are now on the UNCW campus. Turn left onto Wagoner Drive then right into the parking lot (Lot-K) to park. Enter the Natatorium by using the South Natatorium door, turn right after the next set of double doors, and the Natatorium will be at the end of the hallway on the right.
- If Traveling From North Of Wilmington Via US 17: US 17 becomes Market Street in Wilmington. Continue traveling south on Market Street. Go under the overpass at the junction of US 117S/132S, and immediately turn left at the traffic light onto South College Road. Continue traveling on College Road approximately 1 mile. Turn left onto Randall Drive at the traffic light. You are now on the UNCW campus. Take your first right onto Wagoner Drive, go straight around one roundabout and Trask Coliseum will be on your left. Make a left into the parking lot (Lot-K) after Trask Coliseum to park. Enter the Natatorium by using the South Natatorium door, turn right after the next set of double doors, and the Natatorium will be at the end of the hallway on the right.
- If Traveling From Wilmington International Airport: As you exit the airport, turn left onto 23rd Street. Turn left onto Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway. Continue to the US 132/College Road intersection, and turn right onto College Road. Travel approximately 2 miles. Turn left onto Randall Drive at the traffic light. You are now on the UNCW campus. Take your first right onto Wagoner Drive, go straight around one roundabout and Trask Coliseum will be on your left. Make a left into the parking lot (Lot-K) after Trask Coliseum to park. Enter the Natatorium by using the South Natatorium door, turn right after the next set of double doors, and the Natatorium will be at the end of the hallway on the right.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE: Food and beverages are not sold at UNCW Swimming & Diving meets but guests are allowed to bring their own. We kindly remind guests to dispose of any food or beverage trash in the provided trash and recycling bins.
INCLEMENT WEATHER: In the occurrence of inclement weather, we ask that fans listen for a PA announcement and follow all instructions by event staff. We ask that fans exit the Seahawk Natatorium in a calm organized fashion and seek shelter in their car (in the case of a minor storm) or follow the lead of an event staff member to the closest sheltered location (Trask Coliseum) in the case of a major storm.
LOST AND FOUND: If any item is lost or found during the meet, please bring it to the attention of an event staff member. If the item is deemed lost after leaving the facility, please email

LOST CHILD: If a child or patron has is deemed lost by a guardian or fellow patron, they should report the situation to an event staff member as soon as possible.
MARKETING: Located at the entrance to the general seating area.

RECYCLING: Recycling bins are located next to fan seating areas for your convenience.
RESTROOMS: Restrooms are available in Hanover Hall adjacent to the Seahawk Natatorium additional restrooms can be found in the Women’s and Men’s General Locker Rooms
SEATING: Seating in located on the pool balcony. All seating is first come first serve. Fans are not allowed to stand in front of the seating area. Fans are not allowed to bring their own chair.
SKATEBOARDS/LONGBOARDS/HOVERBOARDS: Skateboards, longboards, hoverboards, and other transportation items are not permitted inside the Seahawk Natatorium.
SMOKING: Tobacco products are prohibited from the UNCW campus.

TAILGATING: Tailgating is permitted for UNCW Athletics events. Fans are asked to only occupy one parking spot as parking is limited at UNCW. Fans are recommended to park at the Lot K Extension next to the UNCW Tennis Complex. A parking spot may not be occupied or reserved with any tailgating items (tents, grills, chairs etc.).
UMBRELLAS: Umbrellas may not be used in the Seahawk Natatorium
WATER FOUNTAINS: There are water fountains located in Hanover Hall and at the South Natatorium Entrance.
