ADA ACCOMMODATIONS: Please find below a list of disability services currently provided at Brooks Field. Prior to game day, guests with any special needs are encouraged to reach out to the UNCW Facilities & Event Management team at 910-962-3235 or gameday@uncw.edu. Our staff can assist in making arrangements for your visit and answer any questions.Ā  If you have any questions on game day, please contact the nearest event staff member.Ā 
  • Parking (Click here for map) - ADA parking is located near the main entrance to Brooks Field on Riegel Road, Located in Lot M, Lot L and at the back Right Field Gate that can be accessed from the gravel lot just off of Hamilton Drive which is between the Harold Greene Track and the Boseman Softball Field. Additional ADA parking can be found at the front of Lot L.
  • Seating (Click here for map) - There are ADA seating sections located in the main seating bowl at the bottom of sections 201 and 207. Those sections are for one ADA patron and one companion. Additional ADA seating is located near sections 101 and 103. ADA seating in sections 201 and 207 will be sold first. If you did not purchase an ADA section ticket and need one, please go to the ticket office at the main entrance or find the closest event staff member.
  • Restrooms - Both men’s and women’s restroomsĀ located below the press box are ADA accessible.
  • Sidewalks - There are accessible sidewalks and ramps to the main entrance that leadĀ to the main seating sections and general admission sections.
ADDRESS: Brooks Field is located at 4958 Riegel Road, Wilmington, NC 28403.

ALCOHOL/TOBACCO: Alcohol, illegal drugs and tobacco products are strictly prohibited from entering all UNCW athletic events. Alcohol will be sold inside of the stadium but is not permitted to leave Brooks Field once purchased. Individuals violating this policy will have to dispose of any items deemed unacceptable by event staff and are subject to ejection from the stadium. Individuals violating this policy are subject to ejection from the stadium.

ALCOHOL SALES: Beer & Wine (Red & White option) may be purchased at the authorized beer & wine sale locations listed below. For purchase fans must have a wristband which can be obtained at any point of sale and must be 21 years or older. Alcohol sales will begin 90 minutes prior to first pitch and will end at the seventh inning stretch.

ANIMALS: Animals are not permitted inside Brooks Field. Service animals are welcome.Ā Please Note: An emotional support animal is not a service animal under university policy or the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

ATM: There are no ATM’s located inside Brooks Field. General patrons can find ATM’s within the Fisher University Union. See campus map (UNCW Campus Map) for the location of the Fisher University Union.

BABY CHANGING STATIONS: Baby changing stations are located within each restroom underneath the press box. There are no baby changing stations located in the portable restrooms.

BAG POLICY: UNCW enforces the ā€œClear Bagā€ policy for all baseball games at Brooks Field. Fans are permitted to bring in ONE approved bag from the Clear Bag Policy person (one-gallon clear Ziploc bag, small purse/clutch 6.5ā€x4.5ā€, clear tote or logo clear tote bag 12ā€x6ā€x12ā€). Medical and diaper bags are permitted but will be searched and tagged upon entry. Diaper bags must be accompanied by a child. All working staff bags will be screened and tagged upon entry.

UNCW reserves the right to deny anyone or anything from entering the stadium. Any such item will need to be returned to the guest’s vehicle. UNCW is not responsible for any confiscated items.

For the safety of all in attendance, bags/items are not permitted to be left unattended outside of Brooks Field. Unattended bags/items found outside of the stadium will be dealt with in a manner deemed appropriate by stadium officials, including but not limited to disposal.Ā  UNCW is not responsible for loss of any unattended items

BATTING PRACTICE: Home team batting practice begins 130 minutes (2 hours, 10 minutes) prior to first pitch. Visiting team batting practice begins 90 minutes prior to first pitch, which is the same time gates to Brooks Field open.

BIKE PARKING: No bikes are permitted within the facility. Parking is located outside the main entrance along the fence line. Please note that UNCW Athletics is not responsible for any lost or stolen bikes. Bikes left will be confiscated by UNCW Parking.

CAMERA POLICY: Handheld still cameras are permitted for personal use only. No cameras are permitted into the stadium with a lens longer than five (5) inches. Video cameras are prohibited from filming the game.Ā 

CONCESSIONS: A variety of food items and Pepsi products are available from the concession stand located on the third (3rd) base side at Brooks Field.Ā  The concession stand opens 90 minutes prior to first pitch. Additional food trucks/concessions are located on the third base side.

CONDUCT: UNCW Athletics expects all fans to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner at all times before, during, and after the competition. We expect all fans to treat other fans, players, coaches and officials with courtesy. Please join us in creating a fun, safe, family atmosphere at Brooks Field by not:
  • Interfering with other guests’ ability to enjoy the game;
  • Using/displaying foul or abusive language or gestures;
  • Appearing to be intoxicated or in a diminished capacity;
  • Failing to produce a ticket upon request or sitting in a seat that does not match your ticket;
  • Entering the competition or restricted access areas;
  • Smoking except in designated areas;
  • Throwing objects onto the competition area or within the venue; or
  • Otherwise being disorderly.
Violators are subject to ejection and possible arrest.Ā  Fans should contact a stadium official if they feel someone is not acting appropriately.Ā 

CONFERENCE STANDINGS: Conference standings may be found on the starting lineups and conference standing board located behind the press box. CAA standings may also be found by visiting CAAsports.com and clicking the ā€œStandingsā€ tab and scrolling down to ā€œBaseballā€.

CREDIT CARDS: UNCW concessions gladly accepts all forms of major credit cards for your convenience.

DIRECTIONS: Directions to Brooks Field are listed below.
  • If Traveling To Wilmington Via I-40: I-40 becomes US 132/S. College Road once the interstate ends. Continue traveling south on College Road approximately 3 miles. Turn left onto Randall Drive at the traffic light. You are now on the UNCW campus. Take your first right onto Wagoner Drive. When Wagoner Drive ends, turn left onto Hurst Drive. Turn left at the traffic light onto Hamilton Drive. Travel approximately ¼ mile and turn right onto Riegel Road. Brooks Field is approximately ¼ mile on right.
  • If Traveling To Wilmington Via US 74/76: After crossing the Cape Fear Memorial Bridge, US 74/76 is also called Dawson Street. Continue on Dawson Street approximately 1.5 miles. Dawson Street (US 76E) will bear right and become Oleander Drive. Continue on Oleander Drive approximately 2.5 miles until it intersects with US 132N/College Road. Turn left onto College Road. Travel approximately 1 mile north, and then turn right onto Hurst Drive at the traffic light. You are now on the UNCW campus. Turn left at the traffic light onto Hamilton Drive. Travel approximately ¼ mile and turn right onto Riegel Road. Brooks Field is approximately ¼ mile on right.
  • If Traveling From The North Of Wilmington Via US 17: US 17 becomes Market Street in Wilmington. Continue traveling south on Market Street. Go under the overpass at the junction of US 117S/132S, and immediately turn left at the traffic light onto South College Road. Continue traveling on College Road approximately 1 mile. Turn left onto Randall Drive at the traffic light. You are now on the UNCW campus. Take your first right onto Wagoner Drive. When Wagoner Drive ends, turn left onto Hurst Drive. Turn left at the traffic light onto Hamilton Drive. Travel approximately ¼ mile and turn right onto Riegel Road. Brooks Field is approximately ¼ mile on right.
  • If Traveling From Wilmington International Airport: As you exit the airport, turn left onto 23rd Street. Turn left onto Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway. Continue to the US 132/College Road intersection, and turn right onto College Road. Travel approximately 2 miles. Turn left onto Randall Drive at the traffic light. You are now on the UNCW campus. Take your first right onto Wagoner Drive. When Wagoner Drive ends, turn left onto Hurst Drive. Turn left at the traffic light onto Hamilton Drive. Travel approximately ¼ mile and turn right onto Riegel Road. Brooks Field is approximately ¼ mile on right.
DUGOUTS: The home dugout is located on the first base side and the visiting dugout is located on the third base side.

EMERGENCIES:
  • During any emergency inside Brooks Field, follow the directions of the PA announcer, event staff and emergency responders.
  • Always designate a pre-determined location both inside and outside the stadium to meet friends and family in case you are separated or in the event of an emergency.
  • Upon arriving at your seat location, first find the nearest exit and then locate an alternate exit in case of emergency.
  • See Something, Say Something – If you see or become aware of any activity that is unusual, suspicious or cause you concern, report the activity to the nearest event staff member.
  • Emergency vehicles may be present in and around Brooks Field.Please do not obstruct the path of travel of a fire truck or emergency vehicle or interfere with their operations.Vehicles or objects (tents, tables, tailgate games, etc.) blocking emergency vehicles, designated fire lanes, stadium exits or exit paths, or vehicle/pedestrian traffic in general will be removed and dealt with in a manner deemed appropriate by stadium officials.Vehicles are subject to be towed at the owner’s expense.
  • Monitor weather prior to the game.Take the necessary precautions to protect you, your family and friends in the event of severe heat or severe weather before, during or after the game.In the event of inclement weather during the game, please be prepared to evacuate the stadium and return to your car.
First Aid/Emergency Medical Assistance: Guests in need of first aid or medical assistance should contact the nearest event staff member.Ā  In case of emergency, please dial 911.Ā 

ENTERTAINMENT:Ā Fans should visit UNCWSports.com/coverage.aspx for information regarding live stats and video/audio broadcasts of UNCW Athletics events.

ENTRY TO BROOKS FIELD: Guests may enter Brooks Field via two locations - the main entrance (located off Riegel Road) and the right field gate (accessed through the gravel lot just off Hamilton Drive which is between the Harold Greene Track and the Boseman Softball Field).

ENTRY SCREENING: All people and/or items are subject to search. General patrons are subject to inspection for security purposes. Please check the prohibited item list below for all non-permitted items to Brooks Field. If you have any questions, please contact (910) 962-3033. Thank you for your cooperation.

PROHIBITED ITEM LIST

FILMING LOCATION: A small filming platform is located at the top of section 204 in the main seating bowl. The filming platform is to be used by authorized media in addition to home and visiting team personnel only. Individuals needing access to this area should contact the UNCW Athletic Communications Office at (910) 962-4099.

FIRST AID: If you are in need of first aid please contact an event staff member immediately so they may assist you.

FOUL BALLS: Foul balls are frequent within the confines of Brooks Field and outside the confines. Fans should be aware of foul balls at all times. UNCW is not responsible for any damaged vehicles by foul balls as patrons may park at their own risk. All foul balls should be returned to an UNCW Event Staff worker or brought back to the first base dugout.

GATES OPEN: Gates open 90 minutes prior to game time. Fans may enter through the main entrance at Brooks Field and the right field gate. Please visit the links at the top of the page for gate locations.

GUEST SERVICES: If you are in need of assistance or information, please find the nearest event staff member or contact UNCW Event Management on Twitter (@UNCWseahawksFEM) or via email at gameday@uncw.edu.

HEAT MANAGEMENT: In circumstances of extreme heat, there will be a cooling station located under the awning of the press box at Brooks Field that is available to all patrons.

INCLEMENT WEATHER:
  • UNCW Event Management utilizes DTN WeatherSentry software and notification services. UNCW Event Management will monitor the weather 24 hours a day and use the following policy in the event of severe weather - Evacuation will occur if the storm path will come within an eight (8) mile radius of Brooks Field. In the event that the stadium needs to be evacuated, the PA Announcer will notify all spectators.All spectators will be asked to clear the stadium at this time as quickly as possible.
  • The safest location for spectators to go is in a hard-topped vehicle with the windows up. In the absence of a vehicle, UNCW Event Management Staff will direct spectators to a safe location. The stadium will remain closed until the storm is clear of an eight (8) mile radius of Brooks Field. Resumption of play will only occur once an all clear has been given and conditions are deemed safe after consultation between the game officials and UNCW Event Management.
LOST & FOUND: If any item is lost or found in the stadium, please inquire about or report the item to the nearest event staff member. All lost and found items not picked up prior to the end of the game will be will be available for pickup the following day. Please call (910) 962-3465 or email gameday@uncw.edu to inquire about lost items. Unclaimed items will be retained for thirty (30) days following the event.Ā  After that time, any unclaimed items will be discarded.Ā 

LOST CHILD: In the event of a lost child or guest, please report the situation to the nearest event staff member as soon as possible. If a child or patron has been deemed lost by a guardian or fellow patron, they should report the situation to an event staff member as soon as possible.

MAIN ENTRANCE: The main entrance to Brooks Field is located off Riegel Road. At the main entrance, fans can purchase tickets and pick up tickets left at will call. An auxiliary entrance is located in right field. Please visit the links at the top of the page for gate locations.

MARKETING ITEMS: UNCW marketing items such as schedules, roster cards, magnets and other items may be found at the Two Men & A Truck fan center located under the awning of the press box.

MERCHANDISE: UNCW merchandise is located behind the third base dugout. Cash and all major credit cards are accepted.

PARKING AND TAILGATE INFORMATION: Parking is regulated by UNCW parking officials at all times.
  • Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. Please lock your vehicle.
  • ADA: ADA parking is located near the main entrance to Brooks Field on Riegel Road, in Lot M, Lot L and at the back right field gate that can be accessed from the gravel lot just offĀ Hamilton Drive between the Harold Greene Track and the Boseman Softball Field. Additional ADA parking can be found at the front of Lot L.
  • General Parking: General parking is located in the Greene Track gravel lot (located between the UNCW Track & BosemanĀ Softball Field), Lot K Extension, Hamilton Lot and Lot K. UNCW Athletics will provide golf cart shuttles for guests in need from Lot K Ext/Hamilton/Lot K to Brooks Field. For shuttle drop-off/pick up locations, please review the UNCW Parking Map. The shuttle will operate 90 minutes prior to first pitch and will stop at the end of the second inning. The shuttle will resume at the start of the ninth inning. Post-game shuttle service may begin earlier if instructed by UNCW Event Management personnel.
  • Reserved Parking
    • Tailgate Lot: This lot opens up two hours prior to first pitch and is located behind right field of Brooks Field. Fans may access the Tailgate Lot by following the map on the back of their pass or by entering the gravel lot located on the corner of Hamilton Dr. and Hurst Dr. (located between the UNCW Track & Boseman Softball Field). Guests will then go straight and then turn left towards left field. Guests must present a valid Tailgate lot pass for entry.
    • Right Field Lot: General parking for all guests is located in the gravel lot located off of Hamilton Drive between the Harold Greene Track & BosemanĀ Softball Field, Hamilton Lot, Lot K Extension & Lot K. UNCW Athletics will provide golf cart shuttles for guests in need from Lot K Ext/Hamilton Lot/Lot K to Brooks Field. For shuttle drop-off/pick up locations, please refer to the UNCW Parking Map. The shuttle will operate 90 minutes prior to first pitch and will end at the end of the second inning. The shuttle will resume at the start of the ninth inning. Post-game shuttle service may begin earlier if instructed by UNCW Event Management personnel.

  • In case of emergency, please dial 9-1-1 or call (910) 962-2222. UNCW Police will be the primary responder for on-campus emergency calls. If an emergency occurs and authorities are contacted, please designate someone in your party to help direct emergency personnel to the emergency location.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: Please note that UNCW Athletics and UNCW are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.

PERSONAL CHAIRS: Personal chairs are permitted in the furthest left field metal bleachers, at the outfield hill in left field and in the ADA sections (100, 103, 201, 207). Fans using personal chairs in non-designated areas will be asked to take their chair to the main entrance where they may pick it up after the game. Fans who fail to remove their personal chair are subject to ejection.

PLAYER GUEST PASS LIST: The player/guest pass list is located at the main entrance at the ticket booth.

PRESS BOX: The Brooks Field press box is centrally located in the middle of the grand stands. The press box is for authorized personnel only.

RECYCLING: Recycling bins are located throughout the facility at Brooks Field for your convenience.

RE-ENTRY: Re-entry is NOT permitted at Brooks Field unless there is a doubleheader or UNCW is hosting a tournament. Fans must have their ticket to be admitted for re-entry. All items are subject to search upon re-entry to the stadium.

RESTROOMS: Men’s and women’s restrooms are located at the main entrance for your convenience. There are also additional restrooms behind the stadium on the first base side.

SCOUTS: Scouts looking to watch pre-game warm-ups prior to gates opening may enter through the main entrance. Scouts may watch pre-game warm-ups prior to gates opening in any area except on the field. Once gates are open scouts must move to their designated location in section 204/102 and get a ticket from the main entrance at the ticket office. Each scout must have a ticket.

SEATING:
General Admission Seating: The metal bleachers located on the first and third base side are available for all general admission tickets. A grass hill located in left field is also available for guests with a general admission ticket.
Reserved Seating: Seating sections 101-103 & Sections 201-207 are reserved for guests with a specific ticket with one of these sections listed above. UNCW Athletics reserves the right to check all tickets for all guests and remove guests from a section if their ticket does not indicate they are in the correct location. Fans are subject to ejection if they do not cooperate.

SIGNS/BANNERS: Signs and banners are permitted within Brooks Field. However,Ā UNCW reserves the right to prohibit or require the cessation of any display of a banner or sign that obstructs the view of other guests, obscures stadium signage, can be considered an advertisement or is determined to be obscene, vulgar, indecent, inappropriate or derogatory.Ā Ā 

SKATEBOARDS/LONGBOARD/HOVERBOARDS: Skateboards, longboards, hover boards and other transportation items are not permitted inside Brooks Field.

STUDENT & FACULTY/STAFF TICKETS: UNCW students receive complimentary tickets with presentation of a valid ID. (Complimentary tickets for students are subject to availability). UNCW Faculty/Staff receive a discounted rate of $5 for tickets with presentation of a valid ID (Tickets for UNCW Faculty/Staff are subject to availability). TAILGATING: Tailgating is ONLY permitted in the Reserved Parking Tailgate Lot located behind left field. Guests must present a vaild parking permit to park in that location. Fans are asked to only occupy one parking spot as parking is limited. A parking spot may not be occupied or reserved with any tailgating items (tents, grills, chairs etc.).

TAILGATE RESERVED PARKING LOT POLICIES & PROCEDURES

TEAM LINEUPS: Starting lineups may be found on the starting lineups and conference standing board located behind the press box.

TICKETS: Tickets may be purchased at both entrances to Brooks Field starting 90 minutes prior to game time. Tickets can be purchased in advance at the UNCW Athletics Ticket office located inside Trask Coliseum at the northwest entrance (GATE F) or by calling (910) 962-3002. Business hours are Monday-Friday 9 a.m-5 p.m. You can also purchase tickets anytime at UNCWSports.com/BuyTickets. All UNCW Baseball games require a ticket for admission. Ticket prices for premium games & non premium games are listed below:

Premium Games (Tournament Games, NC State & ECU): Adults [Reserved Seating] ($11), Youth [15 & under] ($5), UNCW Faculty/Staff with valid UNCW ID ($5), UNCW Students with valid UNCW ID (FREE) & Group Prices (no group pricing for premium games).

Regular Games: Adults [Reserved Seating] ($8), General Admission ($7), Youth [15 & under] ($5), ($5), UNCW Faculty/Staff with valid UNCW ID ($5), UNCW Students with valid UNCW ID (FREE) & Group Prices ($5 with groups of 20 or more).

UNCW students receive complimentary tickets with presentation of a valid ID. (Complimentary tickets for students are subject to availability). UNCW Faculty/Staff receive discounted tickets with presentation of a valid ID. (Discounted tickets for students are subject to availability).

WILL CALL/PLAYER GUESTS: Will call/player guests tickets may be picked up or dropped off at the main entrance to Brooks Field at the ticket office. All guests picking up tickets must present a valid, state-issued, driver’s license or photo identification card.
