2016-17 (Freshman): Competed in final five races of rookie campaign...Made debut with 29th place finish at Mountains To Sea Duals on Sept. 16, 2016...Finished 17th out of 45 runners at Delaware's Blue & Gold Invitational with time of 26:14 over 6K...Finished 83rd at CAA Championships by posting 25:31 time in 6K race.
2017-18 (Sophomore): Competed in all six races for Seahawks...Finished 10th in Campbell Duals on Sept. 8, 2017...Clocked a 23:44 for 53rd place at CAA Championships.
HIGH SCHOOL: Ran cross country for four seasons at Gray Stone Day School...Coached by Michael Furr and Gwen Lanning...All-Conference and All-Region in all four years...Had a PR in junior year of 20:28...Led Knights to four Yadkin Valley Conference titles amd four county championships.
