Biography

    The treatment and care of UNCW's student-athletes rests in the hands of UNCW's athletic training staff, headed up by Scott Hill, Director of Athletic Training.
    A native of Wilmington, Hill took over the position in December of 2007 and oversees the day-to-day operations of both the George Diab Training Center and Almkuist-Nixon Sports Medicine Complex.
    Hill, who enjoys running and playing golf, earned his undergraduate degree in 1987 and graduate degree in 1988 in athletic training.
    He is a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association, North Carolina Athletic Trainers Association and Mid-Atlantic Athletic Trainers Association.
    Hill and his wife, Janet, are the proud parents of 12-year-old twins, Callie and Fulton.
