Men's Tennis Stopped By GSU At Home, 4-2

WILMINGTON, N.C. – Georgia State handed UNCW just its second home loss of the season on Friday as the Panthers topped the Seahawks, 4-2, at the UNCW Tennis Complex.

The Panthers improved to 6-13 while UNCW dropped to 9-9.

The doubles point went to GSU with the number two doubles team of Cem Atlamis and Arthur Attrill earning a 6-3 victory.

In singles, Alex de Gabriele (6-2, 7-6) and Lukas Steffen (6-2, 6-2) delivered wins for the Seahawks at number one and two singles, respectively.

It'll be a short turnaround for the Seahawks as they host Delaware on Saturday at 1 p.m. on Senior Day.
