WILMINGTON, North Carolina – UNCW closes out a five-game homestand and continues Coastal Athletic Association men's basketball play on Saturday vs. rival Campbell at Trask Coliseum.

SERIES INFO
UNCW and Campbell are meeting for the 111th time and for the first of two regular season matches on Saturday. The teams split the series last season while the Seahawks hold a 65-45 all-time advantage against the Camels, including wins in the last 12 games at Trask Coliseum dating back to 1995.

UNCW Head Coach Takayo Siddle is 4-1 all-time vs. the Camels.


LAST TIME OUT
The Seahawks were on the wrong end of a 65-61 overtime loss at home to Towson in the league opener on Thursday that snapped a six-game home winning streak. The Seahawks were out-rebounded (50-40) for only the third time this year.

UNCW's Harlan Obioha fashioned his second-straight double-double with season-highs of 18 points and 13 rebounds. Donovan Newby collected 17 points and matched his career-high with seven assists while Joshua Corbin's 11 points represented his third straight game in double figures.


SCOUTING THE CAMELS
Campbell also won a back-and-forth contest in its CAA opener vs. Drexel on Thursday in Buies Creek. The Camels and Dragons traded the lead 17 times with neither team holding a double-digit advantage in the contest that was won by Campbell, 57-54.

Colby Duggan fashioned his first career double-double of the season with 19 points and 11 rebounds.


ON THE DOCKET
UNCW will next travel north for its first CAA road weekend at Monmouth (Jan. 9) and Hofstra (Jan. 11).
