Women's Tennis Stopped By Coastal Carolina

WILMINGTON, N.C. – UNCW dropped a 5-2 decision to visiting Coastal Carolina in women's tennis action Saturday at the UNCW Tennis Complex.
UNCW slips to 4-2 with its second straight setback while the Chanticleers even their record at 4-4.

The Seahawks earned wins on courts one and three as Eda Arli topped Nicole Abel in three sets and Elif Albayrak won in straight sets over Aida Maria Mitrache.

Coastal opened the match sweeping all three doubles matches for the point.

The Seahawks head to Hilton Head, S.C., this week for a pair of neutral site matches against St. Francis and George Mason on Wednesday and Thursday, respectively.
