LIHUE, HAWAII – UNCW sophomore Blake McShea finished the opening round even-par and is tied for 26th overall after one round of play at the John Burns Intercollegiate in Lihue, Hawaii.

First Round Results

UNLV leads fourth-ranked Texas A&M by 13 strokes for the lead after 18 holes. The Seahawks are tied with Cal State Northridge for 16th.

Shintaro Ban of UNLV finished the opening 18 holes seven-under-par and leads teammate Harry Hall by two strokes for the lead.

The tournament continues on Friday with the Seahawks teeing off at 1 p.m. EST. UNCW will be paired with UC Irvine, UTEP and New Mexico for the second round.
