WILMINGTON, North Carolina – Senior guard Jenna Green led three William & Mary players in double figures with 17 points on 8-of-11 shooting as the Tribe outlasted UNCW for a 66-53 victory over the Seahawks in a Colonial Athletic Association women's basketball matinee at Trask Coliseum on Sunday.

The Tribe, which won for the ninth time in its last 10 games, improved to 11-2 overall and 2-0 in the CAA. UNCW, meanwhile, suffered its first home loss of the season to fall to 7-6 overall and 0-2 in league play.

Green, who scored a season-high 17 points, also contributed eight rebounds and seven assists for the Tribe, which shot 49.1 percent from the field.

Junior guard Bianca Boggs matched Green for game-high honors with 17 points after making 5-of-16 field goal attempts and all five of her free throws. Senior center Abby Rendle contributed 16 points with seven rebounds and five blocked shots.
