Women's Tennis Returns To CAA Tournament As Sixth-Seed

WILMINGTON, N.C. – UNCW will be the sixth-seed at the upcoming Coastal Athletic Association women's tennis championship later this week and face 11th-seeded Stony Brook in the first round at the Jimmy Powell Tennis Center on the campus of Elon.

The Seahawks (10-7) made a storied run last season in the conference tournament as the six-seed before falling to top-seeded William & Mary in the finals.

Delaware enters the tournament as the top seed this season followed by William & Mary, Charleston and Drexel to round out the top four seeds.

UNCW and the Seawolves take the court on Apr. 25 at 2 p.m.
