Play4Kay Returns to Trask Coliseum

WILMINGTON, North Carolina – The annual Play4Kay pink game returns to the confines of Trask Coliseum on Sunday vs. Hampton at 1 p.m.

Gates will open at Noon on Sunday and the first 120 fans will receive a pink UNCW t-shirt sponsored by Pawn USA.

A special survivor's walk for all attendees who have battled cancer will be held prior to tip-off with those participating walking onto the court. Fans are encouraged to participate.

For the fifth season in a row Coastal Athletic Association Women's Basketball, as a conference, will participate in the Play4Kay movement to raise money in support of the Kay Yow Cancer Fund.

Play4Kay is an initiative aimed at bringing communities together to honor cancer warriors in the fight against ALL cancers affecting women by uniting players, coaches, officials, and fans to do something for the greater good that far exceeds wins and losses in competition.
